Out of Network

We work with all insurances not mentioned above on an out-of-network basis. This means we submit documentation to your insurance company on your behalf for potential reimbursement.

Please contact your carrier to verify your out-of-network benefits, as they can provide you with the most up-to-date information about your coverage.

In some instances, it is more reasonable to be a “self-pay” patient and not utilize your out-of- network benefits because the out-of-pocket cost is too high. We will provide you with all the information so that you can make a well-informed decision regarding your care.
